Appointments / Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Please call 267-241-5352 in advance to schedule an appointment.
First Time Clients
Please have a seat in the waiting area, and your therapist will come and greet you for your appointment. We ask our first time clients to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to discuss your health history. This information is confidential and will help us personalize your massage to your individual needs.
Arrival time
Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment, and allow for a few minutes after your appointment so your therapist can dialouge with you about your session.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% service charge.
Payment
We accept cash and checks
Gratuitites
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service or spa package. A customary gratuity is considered an average of 20% of the service price, and are very appreciated.
